On March 7, the Class of 2023 unveiled its class crest at the Plebe Parent Weekend banquet. The crest has a vibrant red line under the eagle where the Class of 2023’s motto reads, “Freedom is not Free.” Their motto was inspired by the soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country. All elements of the crest are symbolic, to include several that refer to their 50-Year Affiliation Class, the Class of 1973. Full story.

In light of rising concerns and uncertainty surrounding the spread of COVID-19/coronavirus, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Jacksonville, FL SACC previously scheduled for March 26-27. We remain committed to connecting service academy alumni with the nation’s leading employers and universities and are currently evaluating methods of continuing to make those connections in the absence of a traditional career conference.
